Refund policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are only entitled to an exchange/refund if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault or an item that does not match your order. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unaltered and undamaged, have no signs of scratches or dents and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to share the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact us at wenimashaqa@gmail.com with a photo of the item and the reason for exchange. Once we have received your return request, we will advise you via email. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to respond to your request. Please note for exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
