Shipping policy

For orders in Kenya, we will deliver within 1-5 business days after payment depending on the location. The delivery fee will be borne by the customer and will depend on the location of delivery. This information will be shared during purchase.

 

Weni Mashaqa works with a courier service to facilitate global shipping. Shipping charges have been included in our shipping calculator. You can reach us at +254 (0)723532200 or via email at wenimashaqa@gmail.com in case of any inquiry. For international orders, we will deliver within 5-15 business days after payment. Any customs duties or taxes that may be incured by your country's legal regulations shall be borne by the customer, hence it is advisable that you check this with your local authorities prior to completing the order. 

 

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts. We are not liable for unanticipated delays due to bad weather conditions or customs clearance procedures. In the case of missing or lost parcels, refunds will be processed only upon official confirmation from the shipping company.
